Returns
Please inspect the condition of the merchandise immediately. All claims or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
For any defective products, please email &Merci with an attached photo of the defect. Upon review, we will email you the return label and return form. Please enclose the return form with the merchandise before you ship the return. We must receive the return item within 2 weeks from the date you receive the return label.
A replacement or refund in the form of store credit for the defective product will be issued upon receipt.
Any items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations (including tag change, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke smells, etc.) will not be eligible for return or store credit. We reserve the right to deny a store credit refund if this criteria is not met.

Store credit is only issued for the merchandise. The original shipping cost will not be credited unless &Merci made an error during the initial shipping.
&Merci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that occurs during the shipment of the item. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or returned packages due to receiver’s absence.
