Please inspect the condition of the merchandise immediately. All claims or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

For any defective products, please email &Merci with an attached photo of the defect. Upon review, we will email you the return label and return form. Please enclose the return form with the merchandise before you ship the return. We must receive the return item within 2 weeks from the date you receive the return label.

A replacement/refund for the defective product will be issued upon receipt.

Any items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations (including tag change, stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke smells, etc.) will not be eligible for refund or store credit. We reserve the right to deny refund if this criteria is not met.
All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Any returns for damages after the 10-day period will be issued online store credit.

We offer exchanges or store credits for returns due to change of mind.

Refunds and store credits will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of the return item, unless advised otherwise. Please allow 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds are only issued for the merchandise. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless &Merci made an error during the initial shipping.

&Merci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that occurs during the shipment of the item. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen or returned packages due to receiver’s absence.
